This wave is expected to produce cloudy to overcast skies, heavy showers and thunderstorms mainly over the southern half of the Lesser Antilles from late Wednesday or early Thursday into the weekend. The system has a low chance of tropical cyclone development as it approaches the region.

Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h. Further development of this wave is no longer expected during the next five days.
