the southern portion of the Eastern Caribbean region.
TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
The Atlantic High Pressure System will continue to generate moderate easterly winds across the Eastern Caribbean region during the forecast period. Patches of low level clouds moving along this wind flow will cause a few showers across the the Lesser Antilles, during the next 24 hours.
A tropical wave located about 500 miles east of the Lesser Antilles is moving westward near 21 mph or 33 km/h. This wave is expected to affect mainly the southern portion of the region from late tonight into tomorrow.
Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is also moving westward near 21 mph or 33 km/h.
Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next seven (7) days.
