FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES
Over the extreme southern portion of the Lesser Antilles, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with some scattered showers. Elsewhere, fair to occasionally cloudy skies with a few showers.
TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
The Atlantic High Pressure System will continue to generate moderate easterly winds across the Eastern Caribbean region, over the next few days. A marginal increase in low level moisture across the Lesser Antilles, will cause a few showery periods over the islands, during the next 24 hours.
A tropical wave will continue to generate cloudiness and shower activity, mainly over the extreme southern portion of the region during the forecast period.
Two other tropical waves located over the central and far eastern Tropical Atlantic are moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h.
Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next seven (7) days.
