The Atlantic High Pressure System will continue to generate moderate easterly winds across the Eastern Caribbean region over the next few days. Low-level clouds moving along this wind flow, will cause a few scattered showers over the Lesser Antilles, during the forecast period.
Two tropical waves located over the central and eastern Tropical Atlantic are moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h and 20 mph or 31 respectively. The first wave is expected to affect the southern portion of the region tomorrow.
A third tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h. This system has a high chance of tropical cyclone development during the next seven days.
