TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of the Lesser Antilles, is moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h. This wave is expected to begin affecting the region from tonight producing increased periods of cloudiness, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

Another tropical wave over the eastern Tropical Atlantic, is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.

An area of low pressure is expected to form over the central Tropical Atlantic in a few days.  Some slow development of this system is possible during the next seven (7) days as it moves westward to west-northwestward near 13 mph or 20 km/h.
