The atmosphere over the Lesser Antilles, in the wake of the passage of a tropical wave and the presence of the Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), remains sufficiently moist and unstable to continue to produce cloudy periods with scattered showers and thunderstorms, during the forecast period.
Another tropical wave associated with an area of disturbed weather is located over the central Tropical Atlantic. Some slow development of this system is possible during the next seven (7) days as it moves westward to west-northwestward near 13 mph or 20 km/h.
