…GORDON WEAKENS TO A DEPRESSION…
At 5:00 pm today, Tropical Depression Gordon was located near latitude 19.2 north, longitude 46.1 west. The depression is moving towards the west near 8 mph or 13 km/h and has maximum sustained winds near 35 mph or 55 km/h, with higher gusts. This system is forecast to slow down considerably, with little change in strength during the next few days, and poses no threat to our region at this time.
