Seas will be locally rough with waves 6 to 8 feet or 1.8 to 2.4 metres in northeasterly to easterly swells.
Hazardous conditions along the Atlantic coast. Swells will generate dangerous breaking waves and life-threatening rip currents along exposed beaches, while making coastal waters highly unpredictable for small craft. Small craft operators are strongly advised exercise caution, and beachgoers should stay out of the water along northern and eastern shorelines.
