TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
The Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone is active over the southern portion of the Lesser Antilles. Low-level clouds drifting with the wind flow, will produce a few showers over the remainder of the region, during the next 24 hours.
Activity associated with a tropical wave located over the central tropical Atlantic has diminished. Development of this system appears unlikely during the next day or two, as it moves generally northwestward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.
A broad area of low pressure, associated with a tropical wave, is
producing a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms
just off the west coast of Africa. Environmental conditions appear
conducive for gradual development of this system, and a tropical
depression could form by the middle to latter portion of next week
while moving west-northwestward 20 mph or 32 km/h across the eastern
and central tropical Atlantic.
