TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The Atlantic High-Pressure System will continue to generate moderate to brisk easterly winds and locally rough seas around the Eastern Caribbean region during the next 24 hours.

Saharan dust will continue to cause a reduction in visibility and air quality over the region during the forecast period.

A tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of the southern Windward Islands, is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h.  The wave is expected to affect our region late Monday into Tuesday.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next five days.
