TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
Lingering moisture and instability in the atmosphere over the Windward Islands will result in scattered showers over these islands during the forecast period.
Meanwhile an approaching tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of the Windward Islands is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h. This system is expected to begin affecting the southern Windward Islands late tonight.
Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic, is also moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h.
A third tropical wave located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic, is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.
Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next seven (7) days.
