TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The Atlantic High-Pressure System will continue to generate moderate easterly winds across the Eastern Caribbean, during the next couple of days.

Moist and unstable conditions associated with a trough system, will continue to cause cloudiness with showers over the northern portion of the region, during the forecast period.

A tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of the Windward Islands, is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.  This system is expected to begin affecting the region from late Sunday into Monday.

Another tropical wave located off the African coast, is moving westward near 12 mph or 19km/h.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic, during the next seven (7) days.
