TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
Weak unstable conditions ahead of a westward moving tropical wave, will cause a few showery periods over parts of the region, during the forecast period.
A tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of the Windward Islands, is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h. This wave is expected to begin affecting the southern portion of the region from Saturday afternoon into Sunday.
Two other tropical waves located over the central and far eastern Tropical Atlantic, are moving westward near 15 and 21 mph or 24 and 33 km/h, respectively.
A plume of Saharan dust haze in varying concentrations will impact visibility and air quality across the region, over the next few days.
