TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
Lingering moisture and instability in the wake of a tropical wave, will continue to produce occasional cloudiness, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms over the Lesser Antilles, during the next 24 hours.
A second tropical wave, located about 670 miles or 1078 kilometres east of Saint Lucia, is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h. A low-pressure system located on the northern portion of this wave, could develop into a tropical depression later today or Thursday. This system is expected to pass well north of the Leeward Islands, during the next couple of days.
A third tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic, is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h.
