TROPICAL STORM DORIAN WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE CLOUDINESS, SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WINDWARD ISLANDS TODAY. CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE DURING THE AFTERNOON AND NIGHT.

AT 5:00 AM TODAY THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM DORIAN WAS LOCATED NEAR SAINT LUCIA. DORIAN IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NORTHWEST NEAR 13 MPH OR 20 KM/H.

ON THE FORECAST TRACK, THE CENTER OF DORIAN IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE WINDWARD ISLANDS AND INTO THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
