TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The Atlantic High-Pressure System will continue to generate light to moderate easterly winds across the Eastern Caribbean, over the next couple of days.

Lingering moisture and instability in the wake of a westward moving tropical wave, will result in some cloudy periods with scattered showers and possible isolated thunderstorms over the Lesser Antilles, during the next 24 hours.

A tropical wave located over the eastern tropical Atlantic, is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.

An increase in Saharan dust haze is expected to cause a reduction in visibility and air quality across the Eastern Caribbean region, during the forecast period.
