Over the central Windward Islands and areas further south, partly cloudy to cloudy with scattered showers which may be locally heavy and isolated thunderstorms. Elsewhere, fair to partly cloudy skies, with a few showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A tropical wave is expected to generate unstable conditions mainly the southern half of the region during the forecast period.

A second tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h. Some gradual development of this system is possible over the next 7 days. This system is expected to bring heavy rainfall, thunderstorms and gusty winds over the Windward Islands from late Sunday into Monday.

Two other tropical waves located over the eastern and far eastern tropical Atlantic are moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h and 15 mph or 24 km/h, respectively.
