TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Light to moderate easterly winds and generally stable conditions are expected over the Eastern Caribbean region, during the next day or two.

Patches of low level cloud drifting along the wind flow will cause some brief showers over the region, during the next 24 hours.

A tropical wave located over the eastern Atlantic is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 Km/h.

Showers and thunderstorms associated with another tropical wave located southeast of the Cabo Verde Islands remain disorganized. Some slow development is possible during the next couple of days while the system moves generally west-northwestward at about 10 mph or 17 km/h. By this weekend, the system is forecast to move into a less conducive environment, and further development is not expected.
