Moderate to brisk easterly winds are expected over the Eastern Caribbean region during the next few days. Patches of low-level clouds drifting along this flow will produce a few brief showers over the region during the next 24 hours.
A tropical wave located over the central Atlantic is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 Km/h.
Showers and thunderstorms associated with another tropical wave located southeast of the Cabo Verde Islands remain disorganized. Some slow development is possible during the day while the system moves generally west-northwestward at about 10 mph or 17 km/h. By this weekend, the system is forecast to move into a less conducive environment, and further development is not expected.
