FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Partly cloudy to cloudy at times with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms over the Northern Leeward Island. Elsewhere, fair to partly

cloudy skies with a few scattered showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Moisture and instability associated with a trough located a few hundred miles northeast of the Leeward Islands, will produce some cloudy periods and showers over that area during the forecast period.

A tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of the Lesser Antilles is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h, this wave should affect the region by Monday.

A broad area of low pressure associated with a tropical wave is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms over the Central Tropical Atlantic. This system could become a tropical depression by the middle of this week, while it moves westward across the Central Tropical Atlantic Ocean.

A third tropical wave located over the far Eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h.
