TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

An area of low pressure, associated with a tropical wave is located about

603 miles or 970 kilometers east of the Lesser Antilles moving westward at

12 mph or 19 km/h. Some slight development of this system is still possible today, however, it is forecast to move westward toward unfavorable upper-

level winds tomorrow. This system is expected to affect the region from late tomorrow into Friday.

Another tropical wave has formed over the central tropical Atlantic and is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.

A third tropical wave located over the eastern tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h. Some slow development of this system is

possible during the next few days as it moves westward over the tropical Atlantic.
