Moisture and instability in the lower atmosphere around the Eastern Caribbean region will cause some showers to develop over the islands mainly during the daytime over the next 24 hours.
A broad area of low pressure located several hundred miles east of the northern Leeward Islands is drifting northwestward to northward over the open Atlantic. This system has a low chance of development during the next few days but it is not expected to pose a threat to our region.
