TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
The Atlantic High Pressure System will continue to generate moderate to brisk easterly winds and rough seas around the Eastern Caribbean region for the next few days.
A large plume of Saharan dust will continue to cause reduced visibility, poor air quality and suppressed shower activity over our region for the next couple of days. Thereafter a gradual reduction in dust concentration is expected.
A tropical wave located over the central tropical Atlantic is quickly moving westward near 26 mph or 43 km/h. This wave is expected to bring cloudiness, showers and thunderstorms over the Eastern Caribbean on Thursday and Friday.
