TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The Atlantic High Pressure System will continue to generate moderate to brisk easterly winds and rough seas around the Eastern Caribbean region for the next few days.

A large plume of Saharan dust continues to cause reduced visibility, poor air quality and suppressed shower activity over our region. Conditions are expected to gradually improve during the next couple of days.

A tropical wave located over the central tropical Atlantic is quickly moving westward near 26 mph or 43 km/h. This wave is expected to bring cloudiness, showers and thunderstorms over the Eastern Caribbean on Thursday and Friday.
