TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Low level clouds drifting with the easterly wind flow will cause some showers mainly over the Windward Islands during the next 12 to 24 hours.

Saharan dust will continue to reduce visibility around our region for the next couple of day.

A weak tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of the Lesser Antilles is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h. No significant rainfall is expected with the passage of this wave.

Another tropical wave located over the central tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h. This system is expected to cause some cloudiness and showers over our region on Wednesday.

A third tropical wave is located near the west coast of Africa and it is moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the tropical Atlantic during the next five days.
