Moisture and instability in the lower atmosphere over the southern portion
of the region, will continue to cause occasional cloudy periods, showers and isolated thunderstorms over that area tonight. Over the Leeward Islands, a weak surface trough is expected to bring a few scattered showers during the next 24 hours.
A tropical wave located over the Central Tropical Atlantic is slowly moving
westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h. This wave is expected to affect our region
from late Tuesday into Wednesday.
Another tropical wave located over the Eastern Tropical Atlantic is also moving
