TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
Moisture and instability associated with a surface trough, will continue to
cause occasional cloudiness, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
over the Eastern Caribbean region during the next 24 hours.
A tropical wave located about 700 miles east of the Windward Islands is moving
west northwestward near 15 mph or 24 km/h. This system has become better defined. However, upper level winds have become less conducive for development.
This wave is expected to affect our region from Wednesday into Thursday.
