FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES
Fair and hazy, becoming cloudy at times with some scattered showers, mainly over the southern part of the Lesser Antilles.

WEATHER SUMMARY
The Atlantic High Pressure System will continue to generate moderate to brisk easterly winds and above normal seas around the Eastern Caribbean region, during the next 48 hours. Patches of low level cloud drifting along this wind flow, will cause occasional cloudiness with a few scattered showers over the islands during the forecast period.

A tropical wave located just to the east of the southern part of the Lesser Antilles is expected to cause some scattered showers over that area during the forecast period.

A second tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.

The alert level at the La Soufriere volcano in Saint Vincent remains at Orange. Interests in Saint Lucia and the south-eastern Caribbean region are advised to continue monitoring official sources for updates.
