FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Over the Leeward Islands, it will be occasionally cloudy with a few scattered showers. Elsewhere, apart from a few brief showers it will be generally fair.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A weak trough system, will cause a few cloudy periods with showers over the Leeward Islands during the next 24 hours.

 The Atlantic high pressure system will maintain generally fair conditions over the Windward Islands during the next few days.

A tropical wave located several hundred miles east of the southern Windward Islands is moving west at about 12 mph or 19 km/h. This system is not expected to have a significant impact on the Eastern Caribbean islands.

Two other tropical waves, located over the central and eastern Tropical Atlantic  are also moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next five days.
