FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Over the central and southern portions of the Lesser Antilles, cloudy to overcast skies with scattered showers which may be heavy in some locations and isolated thunderstorms. Elsewhere, fair to partly cloudy and hazy with a few showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A tropical wave together with the Inter Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), will continue to cause cloudy conditions with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms across the central and southern portions of the Lesser Antilles, during the next 24 hours.

Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward at about 17 mph or 28 km/h.

A third tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward at about 21 mph or 33 km/h. This wave has a low chance for tropical cyclone formation during the next five days.
