TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of the Lesser Antilles is moving westward at about 17 mph or 28 km/h. The system is expected to begin affecting the Windward Islands during the forecast period, producing mostly cloudy conditions with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward at about 15 mph or 24 km/h.

A third tropical wave located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward at about 17 mph or 28 km/h. This wave has a low chance for tropical cyclone formation during the next five days.
