A weak pressure gradient over our region will continue to generate a light wind regime causing localized showers and possibly isolated thunderstorms over some of the islands during the forecast period.
Two tropical waves located over the central and eastern Tropical Atlantic are moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h.
Hurricane Larry remains over the open Atlantic Ocean and continues to move away from the Lesser Antilles. Although Larry does not pose a direct threat to our region, above normal sea swells generated by this system will continue to affect the Lesser Antilles during the next 24 hours.
