A surface trough located over the western Tropical Atlantic, is drifting slowly westward. This system is expected to cause cloudiness, showers and thunderstorms over our region from Sunday into Monday.
Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward at about 17 mph or 28 km/h.
A strong tropical wave just off the coast of Africa is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h. This system has a high chance for tropical cyclone formation during the next five days.
