A tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward at about 17 mph or 28 km/h.

Another tropical wave located over the eastern tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h. This system has a low chance of tropical cyclone formation during the next five days as environmental conditions have become less conducive for development.
