A dry and relatively stable lower atmosphere together with thick Saharan dust haze, will limit shower activity over the region during the forecast period. A significant reduction in visibility and air quality will persist around Eastern Caribbean region during the next 24 hours.
At 5:00 am today, the centre of Tropical Depression Victor was located near latitude 16.1 degrees north, longitude 39.9 degrees west. Gradual weakening is forecast during the next couple of days as Victor continues to move northwest. Victor is expected to dissipate by Tuesday.
