TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The Atlantic High-Pressure System will continue to generate moderate to brisk easterly winds and locally rough seas around the Lesser Antilles, during the forecast period.

Saharan dust will continue to cause a reduction in visibility and air quality around the Eastern Caribbean region, during the next few days.

A tropical wave is expected to cause an increase in cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms over the southern portion of our region, from tonight into tomorrow.

A second tropical wave located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.


Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next five days.
