FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Over the far southern Windward Islands, partly cloudy, hazy and breezy becoming cloudy at times with some scattered showers. Elsewhere, fair, hazy and breezy, becoming cloudy at times with a few showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Lingering moisture and instability in the wake of a tropical wave will continue to cause periods of cloudiness, showers and possibly isolated thunderstorms mainly over the extreme southern portion of the region, during the forecast period.

High concentrations of Saharan dust will continue to cause a reduction in visibility and air quality around the Eastern Caribbean during the next few days.

Two other tropical waves, located over the central and eastern Tropical Atlantic are both moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next five (5) days.
