TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

An abundantly moist and unstable lower atmosphere, together with favourable upper level conditions over the Lesser Antilles will continue to cause cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms over the region during the forecast period.

A tropical wave located a few hundred miles east of the Lesser Antilles is moving westward near 23 mph or 37 km/h. This wave is expected to affect our region from later this afternoon.

Another tropical wave located over the far eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 29 mph or 46 km/h.
