TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
The Atlantic High-Pressure System will continue to generate moderate to brisk easterly winds across the Eastern Caribbean during the next few days. Patches of low-level clouds drifting along this wind flow, may cause a few showers over the region during the forecast period.
A tropical wave located over the western Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h. This wave is expected to produce an increase in cloudiness and scattered showers across the Lesser Antilles from Sunday.
A second tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h. This wave has a medium chance of development and a tropical depression could form during the early to middle part of next week as it approaches the southern portion of the Lesser Antilles.
A third tropical wave just coming off the African coast is moving westward at about 17 mph or 28 km/h.
