FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Over the Leeward to central Windward Islands, partly cloudy to cloudy and hazy with scattered showers. Further south, generally fair and hazy today, becoming mostly cloudy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms from late tonight.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

A tropical wave will cause cloudiness and some scattered showers over the northern to central portions of the Lesser Antilles during the next 24 hours. Meanwhile, a surface trough will affect the southern portion of the region tonight.

Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h. This wave is expected to affect our region from Saturday afternoon into Sunday.

A third tropical wave located over the eastern tropical Atlantic is also moving westward near 20 mph of 31 km/h.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next five days.
