Over the southern Leeward Islands and areas further south, fair to partly cloudy with a few showers at first, becoming increasingly cloudy with periods of rain, moderate to heavy showers and thunderstorms from late tonight. Elsewhere, partly cloudy becoming cloudy at times with a few scattered showers.


TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
A slow moving tropical wave is expected to produce cloudy to overcast skies, heavy showers and thunderstorms mainly over the Windward and southern Leeward islands from late tonight into Saturday. This system has a low chance of tropical cyclone development.
Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h.
A third tropical wave is forecast to move off the west coast of Africa in a couple of days.
Some slow development of this system is expected while it moves westward at 10 to 15 mph over the Tropical Atlantic, during the next five days.
