TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The remanence of a weak tropical wave over the region, will produce some widely scattered showers and a chance of isolated thunderstorms across the Lesser Antilles during the forecast period.

An area of low pressure, associated with a tropical wave, is located several hundred miles east of the Leeward Islands. This system is moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h and has a medium chance of tropical cyclone development during the next two to five days.

Another tropical wave located over the far eastern tropical Atlantic, is also moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h. This wave has a low chance of cyclone formation during the next five days.
