Partly cloudy with widely scattered showers today, becoming generally cloudy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly over the Windward Islands and areas further south from tonight.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Patches of low level cloud drifting along the wind flow will cause widely scattered showers over the Eastern Caribbean region today.

A low-level trough located a few hundred miles east of the Lesser Antilles is drifting westward, and is expected to affect mainly the southern portion of the region from late tonight into Monday.

A tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic has a low chance of tropical cyclone formation during the next five days. This wave is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h and is expected to affect our region on Wednesday into Thursday.

Another tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h. This wave has a high chance of tropical cyclone formation during the next 5 days.
