FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Over the southern Windward Islands and areas further south, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. Further north, partly cloudy skies with some scattered showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Moist and unstable conditions associated with a trough system will cause some cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly over the southern Windward Islands and areas further south, during the forecast period.

Tropical Depression Twelve is now a remnant low and is located over the open waters of the eastern Tropical Atlantic. This remnant low is expected to dissipate later today.

At 11:00 pm last night the tropical disturbance located over the southern Caribbean Sea developed into Tropical Depression Thirteen. The center of Tropical Depression Thirteen is located near latitude 12.1 degrees north and longitude 71.1 degrees west. The depression is moving towards the west near 15 mph or 24 km/m and no longer poses any threat to our region.
