Over the Windward Islands and areas further south, cloudy to overcast with periods of rain, scattered moderate to heavy showers and thunderstorms. Elsewhere, partly cloudy skies, becoming cloudy at times with scattered showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Moist and unstable conditions over the central and southern Lesser Antilles, will continue to cause cloudiness, periods of rain, moderate to heavy showers and thunderstorms over that area during the forecast period.

The ITCZ (Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone) will remain active over the extreme southern portion of the region, during the next 24 hours.

Two tropical waves located over the central and far eastern Tropical Atlantic, are moving westward near 12 mph or 19 km/h.
