FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Generally cloudy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms over the southern Windward Islands and areas further south.  Elsewhere, partly cloudy to cloudy at times with a few scattered showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone will generate cloudiness, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms over the southern portion of the Lesser Antilles during the next 12 to 18 hours. Thereafter, a low-level trough slowly drifting towards the region is expected to begin affecting the southernmost portion of Lesser Antilles from tomorrow into Sunday.

The Atlantic High Pressure System will continue to generate moderate easterly winds and above normal seas across the Lesser Antilles for the next few days.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next five days.
