FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Over the southern Windward Islands and areas further south, mostly cloudy with scattered showers, some of which may be heavy, and isolated thunderstorms. Elsewhere, fair to partly cloudy with a few showers at first, becoming partly cloudy to cloudy at times with some scattered showers and a chance of isolated thunderstorms late tonight into tomorrow.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone will continue to cause cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms over the extreme southern portion of the Eastern Caribbean region during the forecast period.

An approaching low-level trough is expected to produce an increase in cloudiness, scattered showers and possibly isolated thunderstorms over most of the Lesser Antilles from late tonight into Sunday.

The Atlantic High Pressure System will continue to generate moderate easterly winds and above normal seas across the region for the next few days.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the Tropical Atlantic during the next five days.
