Two tropical waves located over the central and eastern Tropical Atlantic are moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.
A third tropical wave off the west coast of Africa. Environmental conditions are expected to be conducive for gradual development of this system, as it moves westward across the Tropical Atlantic near 17 mph or 28 km/h.
