TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
A plume of Saharan dust will cause a reduction in visibility, shower activity and air quality over the Eastern Caribbean region, during the next 24 hours.
A tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h. Moisture and instability associated with this wave is expected to affect the southern part of our region from late Friday into Saturday.
Another tropical wave located over the eastern Tropical Atlantic is also moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h. This wave is expected to affect the Lesser Antilles by early next week.
