FORECAST FOR THE LESSER ANTILLES

Over the southern portion of the Lesser Antilles, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with some scattered showers and a chance of isolated thunderstorms. Elsewhere, partly cloudy and hazy with isolated showers.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Saharan dust will continue to cause a reduction in visibility and air quality over the Eastern Caribbean region, during the forecast period.

Moisture and instability associated with a weak tropical wave will generate occasional cloudiness and some scattered showers with a chance of isolated thunderstorms over the southern portion of the Eastern Caribbean region mainly during the morning.

Another tropical wave located over the central Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 20 mph or 31 km/h. This wave is expected to begin afecting the region from tomorrow Sunday.

A third tropical wave is located over the far eastern Tropical Alantic and is moving west near 17mph or 28 km/h.
